By engaging our photography services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Photography Services

2.1 Service Description

We provide professional photography services including private event documentation, ID photography, individual photoshoots, and personal brand photography. Services are provided according to specifications discussed during consultation.

2.2 Booking and Scheduling

All photography sessions must be booked in advance. Session dates and times are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires payment of a deposit or full payment as specified in the service agreement.

2.3 Session Conduct

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrival may result in reduced session time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Service prices are quoted at the time of booking and are valid for the specified service period. Prices may vary based on session type, duration, location, and specific requirements.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

3.3 Payment Schedule

Payment schedules vary by service type. Deposits may be required to secure bookings. Final payment is typically due upon delivery of images or as otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4. Image Delivery and Rights

4.1 Delivery Timeline

Images are typically delivered within 7-10 business days after the session, unless otherwise specified. Delivery method will be agreed upon during consultation.

4.2 Image Formats

Images are delivered in formats as specified in the service agreement. Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPEG files. RAW files are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

4.3 Copyright and Usage Rights

We retain copyright to all images we create. Upon payment in full, clients receive a license to use the images for the purposes specified in the service agreement. Usage rights do not include resale, commercial distribution, or use in contexts not explicitly agreed upon.

4.4 Client Usage

Clients may use delivered images for personal use, professional profiles, business applications, and other purposes as specified in the service agreement. Images may not be altered, edited, or modified without written permission, except for minor cropping or resizing for specific applications.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by service type and are specified in the service agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a partial or full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit.

5.2 Service Provider Cancellations

If we must cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds for services are handled according to the terms specified in your service agreement and our Return Policy. Refunds for completed services are generally not available unless there has been a material breach of the service agreement.

6. Image Quality and Revisions

We strive to deliver high-quality images that meet the specifications discussed during consultation. Minor revisions and adjustments are available within a specified timeframe after delivery. Extensive revisions may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain professional liability insurance as required by law.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of delivered images beyond the scope of the license granted, or from any client actions that violate third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active service agreements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
